First Amendment Rights


Freedom of Speech as enshrined in the US Constitution allows us all to speak freely, and the First Amendment says that Congress shall make no law abridging this right. Even hateful, unpopular, or provocative speech is protected expression. The DKT Liberty Project fights to overcome unconstitutional prohibitions that limit free speech.
